SINI SILMÄ (Blue Eye) contains bilberry's antocyanides, carotenoids beta carotene and lutein, zinc, selenium and vitamin E. Beta carotene is converted to vitamin A in the body. Lutein is a major constituent of the macular pigment ("yellow spot") in the retina of the human eye. The sharpest vision occurs in the macula area.

Zinc and vitamin A are important nutrients for the eye becase they contribute to the normal maintenance of vision. Vitamin E, selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress
